Welcome to your spacious getaway at Hali'i Kai "WishWeWereHere!", boasting an impressive floor plan of 1,677 square feet, or 1,930 square feet when including the two lanais. This stunning two-story townhome features a second-floor entrance that leads you into modern luxury.
Your stay will be enriched by our newly remodeled condo showcasing unique Peru Travertine flooring and a chic beach-inspired color palette. Complete with updated appliances (stay tuned for fresh photos!), you will find three well-separated bedrooms offering privacy—one on the lower level and two upstairs—along with three bathrooms for your convenience. The open-concept great room blends the living area, dining space, and kitchen together seamlessly, complemented by two covered lanais for outdoor enjoyment.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with a tiled backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and African mahogany cabinetry. It opens up to the inviting dining and living areas, perfect for both cooking and socializing. Enjoy meals at the counter seating for three or gather around the dining table that seats six. The outdoor lanai off the dining area features additional seating for four and a gas BBQ for al fresco grilling.
Relax in the great room furnished with a plush L-shaped couch, a large chair, a TV, and a Bose Bluetooth sound system for entertainment.
Retreat to the master suite upstairs featuring a king-sized bed and a private lanai with two chaise lounges. The ensuite master bath boasts dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower, complete with shutters that allow natural light to filter in while you unwind. An additional bedroom upstairs is equipped with two twin beds, while the third bedroom downstairs includes a queen bed. Please note that our unit is located on the second floor of a building and does not have elevator access.
A spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to your home-away-from-home experience. Our townhome is situated in the Coconut Grove section of the community, conveniently close to tennis courts and a basketball half-court.
For parking, 20G features an attached one-car garage suitable for a compact vehicle, where you will also find four bicycles and beach gear stored. Additionally, there is one reserved parking space outside, along with open visitor parking just 50 yards from your front door.
Hali'i Kai encompasses 29 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds within a secure gated community, making it the ultimate oceanfront destination in Waikoloa Beach Resort. One of its standout features is the exclusive Ocean Club Pavilion, where you can enjoy a children's wading pool, relax in a sand-bottom Jacuzzi, or unwind in the multi-level lagoon-style black-bottom pool. Delight in poolside meals and drinks served by the Ocean Club Grill & Bar, available only to residents and guests.
Stay active in the fitness cabana perched atop the cliffs, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean while working out. Additional fees payable separately include:

- Interim Cleaning Fees: $225 every 7 nights for stays longer than 15 nights.

To finalize your reservation, please provide payment, a signed rental agreement with credit card authorization, and a government-issued picture ID. Once we receive these, we will confirm your booking.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy allows for a full refund if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival, while reservations of four weeks or more require a 90-day notice.
